Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Orqestra ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Orqestra is a B2B operations platform for New Mexico licensed operators only.
2. Eligibility
You must hold a current, valid New Mexico operator license in good standing. You must provide a valid BioTrack tracking ID at signup. We verify every application before granting platform access.
3. Fees
Orqestra charges a 3.5% service fee plus a flat $5 transaction fee on each order, paid via Greencard ACH bank transfer. Both fees are added to your order total and disclosed at checkout. Subscription plans are billed monthly at the rate shown in your billing dashboard.
4. Free Trial
New operators receive a 30-day free trial once their account is approved. You can cancel at any time during the trial and owe nothing.
5. Compliance
Orqestra generates a compliant transfer manifest for each order for you to file in BioTrack; transactions are built to conform to New Mexico Control Division requirements. You are responsible for filing your own manifests, for maintaining your license status, and for any actions taken through your account.
6. Payments and Disputes
Payments are processed via Greencard (ACH bank transfer). Orqestra never holds funds directly. Buyers have 48 hours after delivery to file a claim; claims route through Orqestra first and, if unresolved, escalate to our team. See our full Refund & Dispute Policy.
7. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for: license lapse, compliance violations, fraudulent activity, or breach of these terms. Suspended users may submit an appeal through the in-app appeal form.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with notice sent to the email on file. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
