Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 28, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Orqestra LLC ("we") wants OrqestraX, our business-to-business operations and compliance platform for state-licensed operators, to be usable by as many people as possible — including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation. We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time project.
2. Standard We Aim For
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our target standard. These internationally recognized guidelines describe how to make digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological differences.
3. Conformance Status
OrqestraX is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that while we have built much of the platform to meet these guidelines, some parts of the site may not yet fully meet them.
We want to be honest about this: we have not completed a formal, independent third-party accessibility audit, so we do not claim full or complete conformance. We design and test against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria as we build, and we work to close gaps as we find them.
4. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of OrqestraX may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to remediate the following known limitations:
- Some complex data tables (for example, order, listing, and inventory grids) may not be fully optimized for screen readers, and column relationships may not always be announced clearly.
- Some dynamic dashboards and interactive charts update content on the screen in ways that may not be reliably communicated to assistive technology.
- User-uploaded content — such as license documents, lab and analysis files, listing images, and delivery-proof photos — may lack descriptive text, since that content is supplied by operators and is outside our direct control.
- Third-party embedded components, including payment and subscription checkout provided by outside processors, may have accessibility behavior that varies and that we do not fully control.
This list is not necessarily exhaustive. Remediation is ongoing, and we update this statement as limitations are addressed or as new ones are identified.
5. Feedback & Reporting an Issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on OrqestraX, please tell us. Email info@orqestrax.com with a description of the problem, the page or feature involved, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you know it. We take this feedback seriously, will respond, and will work to remediate confirmed issues.
6. Reasonable Accommodations
If a part of OrqestraX is not accessible to you and you need information or assistance to complete a task, we will work with you to provide the content or service through an alternative method where reasonable. To request a reasonable accommodation, contact us at info@orqestrax.com and describe what you need.
