BioTrack Manifests
Every confirmed order on Orqestra generates a compliant transfer manifest — with the transfer details, parties, product, and chain of custody — ready for you to file. You file the transfer in your own BioTrack account; Orqestra does not post to the state system on your behalf.
License Verification
Every operator on Orqestra has a verified New Mexico license. Applications go through manual review before approval, including license number lookup, document verification, and identity check.
Licensed Courier Network
All deliveries are routed through licensed couriers with proper permits. Couriers cannot buy on the Operator Network — they only transport. Chain-of-custody is logged from seller dispatch to buyer confirmation.
Audit Trail
Every transaction, status change, and administrative action is logged immutably. Admin access is hidden from the public app and gated by role checks. You have access to your own transaction history at any time.
Payment Compliance
Payments route through Greencard, our licensed ACH bank-transfer partner. Your payment is processed immediately — Orqestra never holds funds directly. Buyers have 48 hours after delivery to dispute an order if there's an issue. Valid disputes result in a refund through Greencard.
